Created the editorial design and visual system for Hitachi’s O-Card Workbook, a human-centered resource for planning research, facilitating collaboration, and building stronger stakeholder relationships. Partnering closely with the project’s writer and researchers, I helped define an intuitive choose-your-own-adventure structure that enabled users to navigate the content based on their goals. The result was a flexible tool that translated a complex methodology into a clear, engaging user experience.
